The Science Fair

Dear Teachers and Supervisors,
The Science Fair will take place this Thursday, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, featuring projects from students in Grades 5 to 8.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our students’ creativity, curiosity, and hard work—and we truly appreciate your support in making it a success.
all teachers to help ensure the event runs smoothly by maintaining order and helping present the fair in the best possible way.
Science teachers, in particular, will play a key role in guiding and supporting students throughout the event.
Here’s how the students will be distributed across the venue:
•Grades 5 and 6: in the corridor between Gate 6 and the main school entrance.
•Grade 7: in the auditorium.
•Grade 8: in front of the teachers’ room.
Over the next couple of days, we ask science teachers to please:
•Make sure students are confident and ready to present their work.
•Double-check that all projects are complete and set up for display.
•Help students prepare mentally and practice their presentation skills so they feel comfortable and proud of what they’re sharing.
